ZEW is a residential development located on the upper slopes of Elviria West, in East Marbella, a growing area of Spain’s Costa del Sol. The project was designed by Ismael Mérida Arquitectos. The buildings step down the hillside in a series of terraces that follow the natural topography. The design uses curved lines, planted overhangs, and a material palette of stone, wood, and dark finishes. The main living spaces face the landscape. Floor-to-ceiling windows and large terraces connect indoor and outdoor areas and bring in natural light throughout the day.
Amenities include four community pools, a fitness center with a spa, a coworking space, landscaped gardens with walking paths, and 24-hour gated security. Select residences have the option to add a private pool.
Finishes include kitchens with high-end appliances, large-format porcelain flooring, and high-performance window and door systems, with a focus on energy efficiency. The Elviria area has several golf courses, including Santa María Golf & Country Club, Greenlife Golf, and Santa Clara Golf, and the beaches of East Marbella are about 10 minutes away.
